 The outcomes of the Team Leadership Workshop are to help participants become better leaders and team members, providing a foundation to build leadership and team building skills. It enables participants to embody their organisation's values, embark upon continuous learning and enable them to set a culture of diversity, psychological safety, innovation, and courage. 


This one-day workshop allows participants explore the benefits of developing a growth mindset, understand how types and preferences influence leadership practices, learn the art of effective listening, how to construct effective meetings, and finally to understand how, as leader, effectively coach your teams by practicing value-driven leadership. 


Working with two facilitators enables a team coaching approach which maximises the impact of this workshop for individuals and the team. 
The full day leadership workshop with two facilitators for a team of eight participants is $7,200.00 (excluding GST).

Promotion rounds provide the opportunity for applicants to show values, passion, skills, experience, and talent, and why they are the perfect fit for the role, the team, and the organisation. Employers want to see authenticity, and leadership potential, regardless of whether the applicant is applying for CEO, manager, team leader or team member.


The focus of the Programs is not just on the application, the interview, and referees – but takes a holistic view of the selection process. 

The Program is consistent with the APS and Executive Level Work Level Standards and SES Work Level Standards.


In the full day Program, The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) is used to create a greater understanding of an individual’s characteristics and preferences; strengths, blind-spots, management style, attitude, driving force, energy direction, authority orientation, conflict resolution and modes of learning.

The half day Program is $3800 (ex GST) for a three-hour session for six participants. The full day program is $6900 for a six-hour session for six participants. Each additional participant is an additional cost.

Leader - Coach Masterclass

Team Dynamics (understanding individual and team preferences)

Collaboration to solve ‘wicked’ problems and harness the power of collective problem solving.


Participants bring a ‘real time’ leadership challenge for discussion and resolution with their peers. Using an action learning methodology, they will employ active listening skills, and curious coaching style questions, to harness the collective wisdom of their peers and solve current leadership challenges.


At the end of this Leader-Coach Master Class, participants will understand the power of collaborative peer learning and build trust with each other. The coaching skills and action learning methodology can be used to solve future complex challenges with their teams and stakeholders.

 

A three-hour team-coaching session, or six one-hour individual coaching sessions, can be added to reflect on the learning and develop forward work plans for the challenges identified.

This Program raises awareness, increases understanding of yourself and others in your team and value the differences. Understanding the personality type of teams helps leaders to know how to work with and develop each individual and future leader. It also highlights where the team has innate strengths which allows participants to realise them to the fullest.  


Using the results of diagnostic instruments) e.g., the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI), the Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) or DISC (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness), they open up discussions and topics, get people talking about themselves, and what they hope can be different on the team. 


Through the window of understanding personality type and preferences, team members quickly shift from closed to open communications, discussing the dynamics of the team, often for the first time. Differences are naturally surfaced as the team discusses their preferences. 


This Program starts at $3800 (ex GST) for a four-hour team building session for six team members.  Each extra team member is an additional cost.

Difficult Conversations

  It’s time we had ‘the talk’.


At some stage in their career, most managers will have conversations with team members that they can expect to be difficult. 


These might address poor performance, workplace conflict, alleged workplace bullying or inappropriate behaviour, discussing sensitive personal issues or informing an employee of a significant change to their role.  


Most managers, no matter how experienced they are, find difficult conversations challenging. The less skilled or prepared a manager is, the more challenged they will find the conversation.


This Program has been designed to facilitate difficult conversations through providing guidance and support that helps leaders and managers help their team members.


This Program starts at $7200 (ex GST) for a three-hour training session and an individual coaching session for each participant. 

(Maximum eight participants).
