Investment: $3,675 plus GST for five participants, with additional participants at $550 plus GST each (maximum 12 participants).

Participants will develop a practical leadership action plan to guide their first 90 days and establish the foundations for sustained team performance.

You've Been Promoted – A Roadmap to Building a High-Performing Team Workshops are delivered at The Coaching and Leadership Hub in Canberra, at client workplaces and other locations across Australia.

Investment: From $3,800 plus GST for a half-day workshop for up to six participants. Each additional participant is an additional cost.

  Team Leadership is a practical, highly interactive one-day workshop designed to strengthen individual leadership capability, team effectiveness and the way people work together.

Effective leadership goes beyond skills and techniques. It requires an understanding of ourselves, others and the different perspectives, challenges and complexities that shape how we lead and work together.

Working with two experienced leadership facilitators and executive coaches, participants explore their leadership preferences, assumptions and behaviours, while developing greater self-awareness, adaptability and confidence in navigating complexity, uncertainty and change.

The workshop combines practical activities, facilitated discussion and team coaching to explore growth mindsets, effective listening, constructive meetings, and values-driven leadership. Participants learn to challenge established thinking, appreciate different perspectives and create a culture of diversity, psychological safety, innovation and courage.

 We help participants understand how their leadership influences others, how to respond more effectively to complex challenges and how to build a team culture that encourages shared responsibility, continuous learning and growth.

Team Leadership workshops are delivered at The Coaching and Leadership Hub in Canberra, at client workplaces and other locations across Australia.

Investment: $7,200 plus GST for a full-day workshop for up to eight participants.

 Leader-Coach is a practical, highly interactive master class designed to strengthen collaborative leadership, build coaching capabilities and harness the power of collective problem-solving.

Complex leadership challenges rarely have simple solutions. Effective leaders recognise the value of different perspectives, challenge their assumptions and draw on the collective wisdom and experience of others.

Working with two experienced leadership facilitators and executive coaches, participants bring real-world leadership challenges to explore with their peers through a structured action learning approach.

The master class combines active listening, curious questioning, reflective thinking and peer coaching techniques to help participants explore different perspectives, challenge established thinking and develop practical responses to complex leadership situations.

Our focus goes beyond solving immediate challenges. We help participants develop greater confidence in navigating uncertainty, collaborating with others and using coaching approaches to strengthen collective leadership and decision-making.

 Understanding Yourself and Your Team is a practical, highly interactive workshop designed to strengthen self-awareness, appreciate individual differences, improve team dynamics and build more effective working relationships.

Effective teams are built on more than individual skills and experience. They require an understanding of how people think, communicate, make decisions and respond to challenges – and how these differences can become collective strengths.

Using established diagnostic instruments such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI), Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) or DiSC, the workshop provides a structured foundation for individual reflection, facilitated discussion and shared learning.

Our focus goes beyond understanding personality types and preferences. We encourage participants to challenge established assumptions, become more comfortable with different perspectives, recognise their impact on others and develop greater flexibility in responding to people, uncertainty and complexity.

The workshop creates a safe and constructive environment for conversations about team dynamics, including those that may not have occurred previously. 

Importantly, the program helps leaders recognise and develop the potential of others, moving beyond individual strengths towards a more collaborative, adaptable and collectively capable team.

Yet many managers find it challenging to address underperformance, particularly when difficult conversations, competing priorities or workplace relationships are involved.

This practical and interactive Program equips leaders with the confidence and capability to establish meaningful individual and team performance expectations, provide constructive feedback, identify the underlying causes of underperformance and address issues early. 

Participants explore how to balance accountability with empathy, navigate difficult conversations and support individuals to improve their performance while maintaining trust and psychological safety.

Through practical exercises and real-world leadership scenarios, participants develop strategies to strengthen individual accountability, improve team performance and build a culture where expectations are understood, feedback is valued and performance conversations become part of everyday leadership.

Investment: This half-day Program starts at $3,800 (ex GST) for a half-day program for six participants. Each additional participant is an additional cost.

At some stage in their career, most managers will have conversations with team members that they can expect to be difficult. 

These might address poor performance, workplace conflict, alleged workplace bullying or inappropriate behaviour, discussing sensitive personal issues or informing an employee of a significant change to their role.  

Most managers, no matter how experienced they are, find difficult conversations challenging. The less skilled or prepared a manager is, the more challenged they will find the conversation.

This Program has been designed to facilitate difficult conversations through providing guidance and support that helps leaders and managers help their team members.
